nuvtools is released under the GNU GPL Version 2. I haven't yet gotten the COPYING files, etc into the package, but this is the license it is under. Enjoy.

Released Apr 7, 2005 - supports only MPEG4, now compiles on AMD64. Is essentially 0.0.2 with an ffmpeg CVS resync, and some tweaks.
Removed Apr 16, 2005 - seems more code was added from the beginning of the RT-JPEG support than I had thought. This release was crap, so I removed it. Please try the SVN tree in the mean time while I work on fixing the issues.
